Companies Publish Their Own Info
Each company uploads and controls its own profile details — including insurance information if it wants it shown. It is labeled company-provided and is not verified by the directory.
Verified-Client Reviews
Only clients who actually hired the company can review — each gets a review link after the job. Companies can’t pay to remove a bad one.
No Stale Profiles
Every company must reconfirm its profile every 90 days — or it’s marked unconfirmed.
Direct Email — No Middleman
Tap a company’s email link and write to them from your own email app. No lead system, no alerts, no forwarding — the directory never sees your message.
For Homeowners & Families
Search your city, compare up to 3 confirmed companies side by side, then email the ones you like directly from their profile — tap their email link and your own email app opens, addressed to them. Free to use. No forms to the directory, no middleman.
For Companies
List your business from $100 a month — paid from signup, cancel anytime. Show your “Profile confirmed” badge — dated when you last reconfirmed your own profile — publish your own business details — including insurance information if you choose — collect verified-client reviews, and let families email you directly from your profile — tap-to-email, straight to your inbox, with no lead alerts or reports to manage. Then add the specialty categories you actually serve — Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Rural, Farm, or Suburban / In-City — for just $10 per category, per month — a flat charge per category, never per city — so families can find you by the kind of property they have.
Find estate sale companies
Search by state and specialty category. Listings appear here as real companies join and confirm their own profiles — compare up to 3 side by side when listings are available in your area. Please note: company profiles, descriptions, photos, credentials, and other submitted materials are provided by the businesses themselves and are not verified by this directory. The directory does not verify licenses, insurance, or other credentials.
What a company profile includes
Every listing is created and confirmed by the company itself. No profile, rating, or review appears here until a real company lists and a verified client reviews it.
On the profile
- Business name, city and service area, and years in business — as provided by the company
- Services and specialty categories the company selected
- Terms the company publishes, such as commission and payout timing
- Company-provided information, clearly labeled “Provided by the company — not verified by this directory”
Contact & reviews
- The company’s own email as a tap-to-email link, only if the company provides one — no call or text buttons
- The company’s own website link, only if the company provides one
- Verified-client reviews only — left by clients who hired the company, via a review link sent after the job
- A dated “Profile confirmed” badge showing when the company last reconfirmed its own profile (required every 90 days)
Browse by state — all 50
How it works for families
Built for the moment you actually need help — clearing a parent’s home, downsizing, or settling an estate.
Search your state & property type
Browse companies by state, city, and specialty — and filter by the kind of property you have: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Rural, Farm, or Suburban / In-City. Companies choose (and pay $10/month for) each category they list under, so a category on a profile means that company actively serves that kind of property.
Compare profiles side by side
What each company chooses to publish about itself, years in business, verified-client reviews, and how recently the company reconfirmed its profile. Business details on a profile — including any insurance information — are company-provided and not verified by the directory.
Email the company directly
Tap the email link on a profile and your own email app opens, addressed to that company. You write to them directly — the directory doesn’t collect, forward, or see your message, and there are no alerts or texts. Your email goes to that one company only: it is never sent out to every company in the area, so there are no “companies interested” counters and no race to respond first.
No lead races. No bombardment. Nobody competes for your call.
Here is the honest difference between this directory and the way some other sites work — for families and for companies alike.
✕ The blast model — how some sites do it
- One family’s single request gets sent out to every company that serves the area, all at once
- The family’s phone lights up — call after call, text after text, email after email — from companies they never chose
- Companies race to “respond first,” and the family watches counters climb: “4 companies interested… 5… 6…”
- Every company is chasing the same lead — and paying for the privilege of chasing it alongside a dozen or more rivals
✓ How it works here
- The family searches their own area, at their own pace — no request is ever sent anywhere
- They compare profiles side by side and pick the one company they like
- They email that company directly. Nobody else is notified — there is nothing to notify: no shared leads, no lead auctions, no respond-fast races, no “companies interested” counters
- Companies pay for their listing, never for leads — so no money is wasted chasing a lead fifteen other companies are chasing too
For families: one calm conversation
Clearing a loved one’s home is already one of the hardest, most stressful weeks a family goes through. The last thing anyone needs in the middle of it is a flood of competing calls, texts, and emails. Here, you choose one company, in peace, and have one calm conversation — on your terms, at your speed.
For companies: the email is yours alone
When a family emails you from this directory, they chose you — specifically you, after comparing profiles. That email went to nobody else, because there was no blast for it to be part of. No race, no counter, no fifteen-way pile-up: just a client who picked you and wrote to you themselves.
Why this is different
A direct, honest comparison — this table is part of the public pitch.
| Estate Sale Companies Directory | Typical estate-sale directories | |
|---|---|---|
| What’s listed | Companies only — business profiles, nothing else. | Company profiles are secondary to other listing types. |
| Insurance information | Company-provided only. Each company uploads its own insurance information to its profile if it wants it shown. The directory does not check or verify it. | Often presented as if checked, with no clear note of who provided it. |
| Reviews | Only from clients who hired the company, via a review link sent after the job. Cannot be paid away or hidden. | Often open to anyone; paid placement can bury them. |
| Freshness | 90-day reconfirmation required. | Profiles can sit stale for years. |
| Contacting a company | Direct email only. Tap the company’s own email link on its profile and email them from your own app — the directory collects nothing, forwards nothing, and sends no alerts or texts. | Inquiry forms route your details through the site, where leads are commonly sold or shared broadly. |
| Competition for a client’s request | None — there is nothing to compete for. No shared leads, no lead auctions, no respond-fast races, and no “companies interested” counters. A client picks one company and emails it directly; companies pay for their listing, never to chase a lead a dozen rivals are chasing too. | On some sites, one request is sent to many companies at once — the companies race to respond while the client fields calls, texts, and emails from all of them. |
| Your own website link | Your own website link on your profile, if you provide one — included on every tier: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. It is not a Bronze-only feature. | Varies by directory and by tier. |
| Pricing for companies | One flat monthly tier price, plus a short published add-on menu, each item priced once and plainly: specialty categories $10/month each (flat per category) — the only add-on there is. City coverage comes with the tier — 1 city, up to 5 cities, or unlimited — and is never sold per city. | Layered upsells — featured add-ons commonly $80–$200 on top of $75–$225/mo tiers. |
| Specialty categories | Companies pick the property types they serve — Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Rural, Farm, Suburban / In-City — at $10 per category per month (flat per category, never per city), shown on the profile and filterable in search. | Specialties are usually just free-text on a profile, if they appear at all — not a structured, searchable filter. |
| Ranking rules | Published below. The paid Gold premium block is always labeled and kept separate. | Usually undisclosed; pay-to-rank is hard to spot. |
✓ What “confirmed” means — and what we don’t check
- Company-published information — each company uploads and manages its own profile details, including any insurance information it chooses to share. The directory does not check, verify, or endorse company-published details.
- No credentials verified — the directory does not verify licenses, insurance, or any other credentials. Any credential information shown was provided by the company itself and is the company’s responsibility.
- 90-day reconfirmation — the company itself reconfirms its own profile information every 90 days. The “Profile confirmed” badge shows the date the company last did this. Miss it and the badge pauses.
- Reviews — left only by clients who hired the company, via a review link sent to the client after the job.
- Contact is direct email — each profile shows the company’s own email as a tap-to-email link, if the company provided one. The directory runs no lead system: it does not collect or forward inquiries, and it sends no lead alerts, no texts, and no performance reports.
Published ranking rules
- Default order: profile confirmed recently by the company, review score, review count, and profile freshness.
- Paying more never improves a review score and never hides a review.
- Gold premium block: automatic for every Gold company — never hand-awarded — capped at 3 Gold companies per city, clearly labeled, and positions inside the block rotate so all Gold companies in that city share the top fairly. Placement never affects reviews or ratings, and no company owner has to ask anyone for a spot.
- Your data is yours — here’s how exporting works: email the directory from the email address on your account and ask for your data. We send back a portable file — a spreadsheet/PDF copy of your profile information (business details, cities, categories, description, and the reviews you’ve received) plus copies of your uploaded photos — within a few business days, free. There’s no download button; it’s a simple request-by-email, handled by the directory team. You keep your data even if you cancel.
- Licensing is not checked here. The directory does not verify business licenses. Each listed company is responsible for its own licensing and verification in its state.
- Insurance is not checked here. Any insurance details on a profile were uploaded by the company itself and are not verified by the directory. Each company is responsible for its own insurance information.
- If these rules change, the change and the date are posted here first.
Questions, answered straight
The full Trust & Rules — published, not buried.
Can a company buy a better ranking or better stars?
No. Ranking is published above and runs on how recently the company confirmed its own profile, review score, review count, and freshness. The Gold premium block is a separate, clearly labeled placement — it cannot buy ranking, stars, or reviews.
Can a company hide or remove a bad review?
No. Reviews come only from verified clients, and they cannot be bought, paid away, or hidden. A company can respond publicly to any review.
How do I contact a company?
Directly, by email. Tap the email link on the company’s profile and your own email app opens, already addressed to that company — you write and send the email yourself, and the company replies to you directly. This directory does not collect, route, or forward inquiries and runs no lead system, so it never sees your message.
Do companies get instant lead alerts or performance reports?
No — none, on any tier. There are no instant lead alerts (by email or text), no text alerts, and no monthly performance reports. Contact is simply the company’s own email link on its profile: a potential client taps it and emails the company directly. Nothing for anyone to send, manage, or wait on.
Will my request be sent out to lots of companies at once?
Never — this directory has no requests to send. On some sites, one request is blasted to every company serving an area, and the client gets bombarded with calls, texts, and emails while companies race to respond and counters tick up — “4 companies interested… 5… 6…” Not here. You search your own area, compare companies, and email the one company you choose, directly from your own email app. There are no shared leads, no lead auctions, no respond-fast races, and no “companies interested” counters. Companies here pay for their listing, not for leads — so nobody wastes money chasing a lead a dozen other companies are chasing, and a family in an already stressful moment gets one calm conversation instead of a flood.
What does “Profile confirmed” actually mean?
It means one thing only: the company itself reconfirmed its own profile information within the last 90 days, and the badge shows the date the company last confirmed it. Reviews are the other checked item — they come only from clients who hired the company, via a review link sent after the job. “Confirmed” does not mean the directory checked anything about the company: the directory does not verify licenses, insurance, or any other credentials. Any credential information on a profile was provided by the company itself and is the company’s responsibility.
Does the directory verify a company’s business license?
No. The directory does not verify licenses, and no badge or profile here says otherwise. Licensing is each company’s own responsibility: every listed company is responsible for being properly licensed and verified in its own state, under its state’s rules.
Does the directory verify a company’s insurance?
No. The directory does not verify insurance, and no badge or profile here says otherwise. Each company may upload its own insurance information to its profile for the public to see if it wants to — that information is company-provided, it is the company’s own responsibility, and the directory has no part in checking it.
Is every company treated the same?
Yes — the same confirmation steps, the same rules, and the same ranking formula for every listed company, on every paid tier. Every company confirms its own profile information every 90 days. Company-published details — including any insurance information a company chooses to add — are not checked by the directory for any tier. Your own website link on your profile, if you provide one — that is included on every tier (Bronze, Silver, and Gold), not just Bronze.
Companies: what are specialty categories, and what do they cost?
$10 per category, per month — added to your tier price and billed with your subscription. The $10 is charged once per category per month, flat — it is never multiplied by the number of cities your tier covers, and Gold’s unlimited cities do not include unlimited categories: Gold pays the same $10 per selected category as every other tier. Pick only the property types you actually serve: Residential (homes, condos, family estates), Commercial (offices, retail, business liquidations), Industrial (warehouses, shops, equipment-heavy properties), Rural (country properties and acreage), Farm (farm & ranch estates, barns, agricultural equipment), and Suburban / In-City (suburban neighborhoods and in-city homes). Each category you choose appears on your profile as a badge and makes you show up when families filter by that property type. Add or remove categories anytime — the change applies from your next billing cycle. Example: Bronze at $100 with Residential + Farm selected is $100 + $10 + $10 = $120/month. Silver at $250 with the same two categories is $270/month, and Gold at $300 is $320/month — the category charge stays $10 each no matter how many cities the tier covers.
Families: can I search by the kind of property I have?
Yes. Use the specialty-category filter above the company results — Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Rural, Farm, or Suburban / In-City — and you’ll see only companies that selected that category for their profile.
Companies: what if I want to leave?
Cancel anytime — your tier and any specialty categories cancel together. Your profile data and reviews are yours, and you keep them even if you cancel. To take them with you, email the directory from the email address on your account and ask for your data — we send back a portable file: a spreadsheet/PDF copy of your profile information (business details, cities, categories, description, and the reviews you’ve received) plus copies of your uploaded photos, within a few business days, free. It’s a request-by-email process handled by the directory team, not a self-serve download — and it works the same after you cancel.
Does this directory list individual sales?
No — this directory lists businesses only. There are no individual sale listings, sale dates, sale items, or auctions on this site. It is a directory of companies and their profiles, nothing else.
Companies: what paid add-ons can I add to my directory listing?
Just one — there is no menu of extras. Specialty categories — $10 per category per month, flat per category, never per city (see the category answer above), billed with your subscription; add or remove categories anytime and the change applies from your next billing cycle, and cancelling your listing cancels its categories with it. Everything else is set by your tier and is never sold separately: city coverage comes with the tier (1 city, up to 5 cities, or unlimited — more cities means upgrading tiers, never a per-city fee), and locations are never charged for — Bronze and Silver cover one business location, and Gold includes up to 3 locations on one subscription, one account and one bill, at no extra charge. A “location” is a separate office address for the same business (say, an Austin office and a Dallas office), and “under one account” means one login and one monthly bill manages them all.
Simple pricing for companies
Three paid tiers. Every listing is paid from signup — there is no free tier and no free trial. No per-sale fees, cancel anytime. City coverage is set by your tier — Bronze covers 1 city, Silver up to 5 cities, Gold unlimited cities — and cities are never sold one by one: if you need more cities, you simply upgrade tiers. All tiers are billed monthly only. Plus the one optional add-on, only if you want it: specialty categories at $10 each per month (flat per category, never per city) — see below. That is the only extra charge there is.
Bronze
The professional listing
- Professional business profile — logo, description & photos
- Listed in city & state search
- Covers 1 city — your home city (need more cities? Silver covers up to 5, Gold is unlimited)
- Your own website link on your profile, if you provide one
- Your business email on your profile as a tap-to-email link, if you provide one — potential clients tap it and email you directly from their own email app. No lead alerts, no texts, no reports — the directory never handles the message
- Client reviews displayed on your profile
- Optional company-uploaded insurance / credential info, labeled “Provided by the company — not verified by the directory”
- “Profile confirmed” badge, dated when your company last reconfirmed its own profile
- + Optional specialty categories — $10 each / month, flat per category (see add-on below)
Silver
More reach — up to 5 cities
- Everything in Bronze
- Your own website link on your profile, if you provide one
- Tap-to-email link on your profile — clients email you directly
- Covers up to 5 cities
- Larger placement in search results, below Gold
- Respond to your client reviews
- + Optional specialty categories — $10 each / month, flat per category (see add-on below)
Gold
Premium growth — multi-location
Gold Concierge — Warm Introductions
- Dedicated showcase page for your company
- Monthly warm introductions to realtors & estate attorneys in your areas
Best-effort outreach only — never guaranteed leads or jobs.
- Everything in Silver, plus:
- Your own website link on your profile, if you provide one
- Unlimited cities covered (categories still $10 each)
- Up to 3 business locations on one subscription — one account, one bill (a location is a separate office address for the same business)
- Premium placement block — top of search, max 3 Gold per city, labeled. Automatic with Gold — positions inside the block rotate, so every Gold company in the city shares the top fairly and nobody permanently holds #1
- Rotating spotlight — homepage & state pages
- + Specialty categories — $10 each / month, flat per category
Optional add-on — any tier
Specialty categories — $10 per category / month
Tell families exactly what you focus on. Choose each property type you actively serve — every category you pick shows on your profile as a badge and puts you in the results when a family filters by that type. The $10 is a flat charge per category per month: it is charged once per category, never multiplied by the number of cities you cover — a Gold company with unlimited cities pays the same $10 per category as a Bronze company with one city. Pick one, pick all six, or pick none. Add or remove categories anytime; changes apply from your next billing cycle and are billed with your subscription.
Homes, condos, townhomes, and family estates — the classic in-home estate sale.
Offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and business liquidations.
Warehouses, workshops, and equipment-heavy properties and estates.
Country properties, acreage, and out-of-town homes.
Farm & ranch estates — barns, outbuildings, and agricultural equipment.
Suburban neighborhoods and in-city homes, including dense urban areas.
Worked examples: Bronze $100 + Residential + Suburban / In-City = $100 + $10 + $10 = $120/month. · Silver $250 with the same two categories = $270/month. · Gold $300 with the same two categories = $320/month — the category charge never grows with your city count. · All six categories on any tier add just $60/month.
Your tier price covers everything in your tier — including every city your tier covers. The one optional extra, only if you choose it: specialty categories at $10 each per month (flat per category, never per city). Locations are never charged for — Bronze and Silver cover one business location; Gold includes up to 3 locations on one subscription at no extra charge. All tiers billed monthly only — there is no annual option. No per-sale fees on this directory. Cities are covered by tier, never sold individually — need more cities, upgrade tiers. Cancel anytime (tier and categories cancel together). Your profile and reviews are your data: to export them, email the directory from the email address on your account and we’ll send you a portable copy — your profile information, your reviews, and your uploaded photos — within a few business days, free. You keep your data even if you cancel.
For comparison: EstateSales.org company memberships run about $35–$50 a month, and EstateSales.net runs $75 Bronze / $165 Silver / $225 Gold per month plus featured add-ons of $80–$200. Here every extra is on one published menu with one published price — no surprises.
Contact a company directly — email only, no middleman
There is no quote-request form and no lead system on this directory. Each profile shows the company’s own business email as a tap-to-email link. Tap it, and your own email app opens already addressed to that company — you write and send the email yourself, and the company replies straight to you.

A company’s email appears on its profile only if the company provides one; a website link appears only if the company provides its own. There are no call or text buttons.
- Tap the company’s email link → your email app opens, addressed to that company
- You send from your own email — the directory isn’t in the middle
- The company replies directly to you

Pick your tier and list your business today — every plan is paid from signup, with no per-sale fees. Gold members also get Gold Concierge — Warm Introductions and a dedicated showcase page. Your own website link on your profile, if you provide one — included on every tier (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). Privacy Policy
How this directory handles information — in plain English, with the legal structure behind it.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Estate Sale Companies Directory (“the Directory,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Information we collect
- No homeowner inquiries are collected. This Directory runs no lead or inquiry system: it does not collect quote requests and does not receive, forward, or store messages between visitors and companies. When you tap a company’s email link on its profile, your own email app opens and you email that company directly — that email goes from you to the company and never passes through the Directory.
- Company account and profile content. When a company lists its business, we collect the business name, contact details for the account holder, service areas, profile descriptions, photos and logos the company uploads, and any business information the company chooses to publish on its profile — including insurance or credential information a company uploads about itself. The business email a company provides for its profile is displayed publicly on that profile as a tap-to-email link, so visitors can email the company directly.
- Reviews. Reviews can be submitted only by clients who hired the company, via a review link sent to the client after the job. We collect the review text, rating, the reviewer’s name as provided, and information confirming the engagement took place.
- Contact and communications. If you write to us through a site form, we collect what you send so we can respond.
- Site analytics and cookies. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information when you visit: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with the site. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, security, and understanding how the site is used.
2. How we use information
- To operate the directory: show company profiles, process listings, and keep profiles current.
- To display company profiles — including each company’s own tap-to-email link — so visitors can contact companies directly. We do not deliver inquiries for visitors.
- To publish and manage reviews, and to let companies respond to them.
- To communicate with listed companies about their listing or account, and to send updates you have asked for. We send no lead alerts and no performance reports.
- To protect the site: prevent fraud, abuse, scraping, and security incidents.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Our key promise: your messages are never ours
The Directory never receives your messages to companies. Emailing a company happens directly between your email app and that company, outside this site — we do not collect, read, forward, or store it, and we send companies no lead alerts about it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. When we share information
- We do not forward inquiries to companies — visitors contact companies directly by email, outside this site, so there is no inquiry for us to share.
- With service providers who help us run the site — such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services.
- For legal reasons: to comply with a law, court order, or lawful request; to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Directory, its users, or others; or to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- In a business change: if the Directory is ever sold or merged, information may transfer with the business, subject to this policy or notice to you.
5. Company-uploaded content is the company’s responsibility
Companies write and upload their own profile content, and it is shown as the company provided it. The Directory does not verify company credentials of any kind — it does not verify business licenses, business registration, insurance, or any other credential. Any insurance or credential information on a profile was provided by the company itself, is labeled “Provided by the company — not verified by this directory,” and is entirely that company’s responsibility.
6. Payments are processed by Stripe
Paid listings are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. When a company pays, its card details go directly to Stripe — card numbers never touch, and are never stored on, this site’s systems. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy and security standards. We receive only limited billing information from Stripe, such as the last four digits of a card, the payment status, and receipts, so we can manage the subscription.
7. Email communications and opt-out
We send transactional emails to listed companies (such as listing confirmations, receipts, and account notices) as needed to operate the service. We do not send lead alerts — by email or text — and we do not send performance reports. If we send marketing email, it will always include a clear way to opt out, and you can also opt out at any time by contacting us through the site contact form described in Section 11. Opting out of marketing email does not stop transactional messages about an active listing.
8. Cookies and your choices
We use essential cookies to make the site work and, where used, analytics cookies to understand site traffic. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site. Where required by law, we will ask for consent before using non-essential cookies.
9. Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy: company profile content while the listing is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation; reviews while the related profile exists; and billing and legal records for the periods the law requires. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and access a copy of it;
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information or delete your information;
- Obtain your information in a portable format;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and of other states with privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah — may exercise these rights under their state’s law. To make a request, contact us through the contact form below. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, respond within the time the applicable law requires, and if we deny a request where your law gives you a right to appeal, we will explain how to appeal. You may also use an authorized agent where your state law allows it.
Privacy & legal contact form
Use this form for privacy requests (access, correction, deletion), copyright notices under our Terms, or any legal question about this policy. This form goes to the Directory at estatesalecompaniesdirectory@gmail.com — we respond to the email address you provide.
✓ Request noted — the Directory replies at the email you gave.
12. Children
This site is a business directory for adults arranging estate services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us through the form above and we will delete it.
13. Third-party links
Where a company provides its own website link, its profile links to that company website and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies before sharing information with them.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Terms of Use
The rules of the road for everyone who uses this directory — families, companies, and visitors.
1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using the Estate Sale Companies Directory (“the Directory”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
2. What the Directory is — and is not
The Directory is a listing service for estate sale businesses only. It publishes company profiles; it does not list individual estate sales, sale dates, sale items, or auctions. The Directory is not a party to any agreement between a family and a listed company, does not employ or endorse any listed company, and is not responsible for any company’s work, pricing, or conduct.
3. Listings and accounts
- Listings are paid subscriptions (Bronze $100/month, Silver $250/month, Gold $300/month), billed monthly through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. There is no annual billing option. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it.
- City coverage is set by tier and is not sold per city: Bronze covers 1 city, Silver covers up to 5 cities, and Gold covers unlimited cities. A company that needs coverage in more cities than its tier allows must upgrade tiers; there is no per-city add-on.
- Specialty categories are an optional add-on at $10 per category per month (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Rural, Farm, Suburban / In-City), billed with the subscription. The $10 is charged flat per category and is never multiplied by the number of cities a company covers; no tier — including Gold — includes unlimited categories. A company may add or remove categories at any time; the change takes effect from the next billing cycle, and cancelling a listing cancels its categories with it. A company should only select categories for property types it genuinely serves.
- Specialty categories are the only optional add-on. There is no per-location charge and no per-city charge. Locations are covered by tier: Bronze and Silver listings cover one business location, and Gold includes up to 3 locations on one subscription (one account, one bill) at no extra charge. A “location” is a separate office address for the same business, and “under one account” means one login and one monthly bill manages all of that business’s locations. Cancelling a listing cancels its specialty categories with it.
- Companies must provide accurate, current information and reconfirm their profile at least every 90 days to keep a “Profile confirmed” badge.
- Companies own their profile content and may export it at any time. Exporting is a request-by-email process: the company emails the Directory from the email address on its account, and the Directory sends back a portable file — a spreadsheet/PDF copy of the company’s profile information (business details, cities, categories, description, and the reviews it has received) plus copies of its uploaded photos — within a few business days, at no charge. A company keeps its data even if it cancels. By uploading content, a company grants the Directory a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on and in promotion of the Directory.
- Company content is the company’s responsibility. The Directory does not verify company credentials of any kind — no licenses, no business registration, no insurance. Anything a company publishes about its own credentials is company-provided, is not verified by the Directory, and the company alone is responsible for its accuracy and for being properly licensed and insured in its own state.
- We may remove or suspend a listing that violates these Terms, provides false information, or creates legal or safety risk.
4. Contact between visitors and companies
The Directory runs no lead or inquiry system: it does not collect, deliver, or forward inquiries, and it sends no lead alerts (by email or text) and no performance reports. Each profile displays the company’s own business email as a tap-to-email link, if the company provided one. When a visitor taps it, the visitor’s own email app opens and the visitor emails the company directly; that correspondence is solely between the visitor and the company, and the Directory is not a party to it and never sees it.
5. Review rules
- Only clients who hired the company may leave a review, via a review link sent to the client after the job. Reviews must be honest, based on a real engagement, and written by the client personally.
- Fake, paid, incentivized, or competitor reviews are prohibited. A company may not offer anything of value for a positive review.
- Reviews cannot be bought, paid away, or hidden. A company may respond publicly to any review.
- We may remove a review only for a policy violation — such as profanity, personal contact details, threats, or content unrelated to a real engagement — never simply because it is negative.
6. Prohibited conduct
- No copying or scraping. You may not copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, reproduce, republish, or reuse any content from this site — including profiles, reviews, text, images, design, or data — for any commercial purpose or to build a competing service, by hand or with automated tools.
- No impersonating another person or company, and no submitting false or misleading information.
- No spamming users, no circumventing security or access controls, no uploading malicious code, and no interfering with the site’s operation.
- No using the site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
Everything on this site that we create — all text, copy, design, layout, branding, graphics, and original or generated imagery — is the property of the Estate Sale Companies Directory or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. © 2026 Estate Sale Companies Directory. All rights reserved. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you, and any use beyond that license requires our prior written permission. Company names, logos, and content uploaded by listed companies remain their owners’ property.
8. Copyright / DMCA takedown procedure
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice through the Privacy & Legal contact form in the Privacy Policy above, including: (a) a description of the copyrighted work; (b) the address (URL) of the allegedly infringing material on this site; (c) your name and contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature. We will review valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to the material where appropriate, and notify the company that posted it. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice through the same form with your contact details, the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We may terminate repeat infringers’ listings.
9. Disclaimers
The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information on company profiles is provided by the companies themselves and is not verified or endorsed by the Directory. We do not warrant that any listed company is licensed, insured, qualified, or suitable for any particular job — families should do their own due diligence before hiring.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Directory and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or from any engagement with a listed company. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the total fees you paid to the Directory in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Directory and its owner from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from content you submit, your use of the site, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of the site means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the Directory’s operating business is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Privacy & Legal contact form.
